At the Canadian Research Initiative on Substance Matters (CRISM), we invite you to complete a short, optional survey to support the development of a national CRISM Repository, designed to complement local node membership.

Since 2025, CRISM has operated with a national coordinating center focused on strengthening collaboration across nodes and advancing Canada-wide initiatives in training, knowledge translation, and research.

This repository will help you better connect members across the Network by mapping areas of expertise, current projects, and shared interests. The goal is to make it easier to identify opportunities for collaboration, support knowledge sharing, and enhance cross-node engagement.

If you are already a member of a local CRISM node, we encourage you to also register for National CRISM membership. All information collected will be securely stores and used only for CRISM-related communications, such as sharing opportunities, projects, and events. Your information will not be shared outside of the Network.

We appreciate your time and contribution; this is an important step toward building a more connected and collaborative CRISM community.
